A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 20, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on March 2007, and on February 10, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Goyang Branch of the District Court on February 10, 2015.

[2] On March 29, 2018, the Defendant driven a car with B’s physical examination at the section of approximately 1k alcohol concentration of approximately 0.169% during blood, from the section of the 1k-distance village of approximately 98 square meters to the front road, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, U.S., Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si.
