On January 11, 2012, at around 09:00, the Defendant discovered a “B” sign on the market price not owned by the victim C (Nam, 37 years of age) who was set up in front of the Seo-gu cafeteria, Seogu, Daegu, and stolen the sign by using the gaps in which he is absent.
