A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 1946"

1. On June 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 02:50 on June 26, 2019, opened a closed door that was not corrected in the “D” operated by the victim C in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu; (b) invaded into the said door; and (c) carried out 40,000 won in total and stolen the cash owned by the victim on his/her book; and (d) with a copy of the KB C-W card.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud;

A. On June 26, 2019, the Defendant settled KRW 40,000 of the hotel accommodation cost, citing the stolen- C’s KB national physical fitness card as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, from “F hotel” operated by the victim of the name in secret-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to employees G.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained economic benefits equivalent to KRW 40,000, and used the stolen crow card.

B. At the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant continued to issue G with the above KB National C’s Track Card as if it were one’s body card, and caused the said G G to present the above Kack Card to the employees of convenience stores at the “Ick store operated by the victim in the name in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, as if the Defendant was the Defendant, at around 18:16 of the same day, and caused the said G to pay the above 1,420 won by using the above Kack Card.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the property, and used the stolen body card.

"2019 Highest 2091"

1. On July 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a restaurant locked, which was corrected at “L” operated by the victim K in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) invaded into the draber; and (c) attempted to steal cash, etc. located in the safe; (d) but did not carry out such intent, but did not commit an attempted crime.

2. At night, the Defendant who attempted to larceny at night, shall be around 03:0 on July 8, 2019.
