A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2017 to February 26, 2018, the Defendant leased each of the above officetels 529, 626, 921, 923, and 924 in Suwon-si Btel, and the five rooms of the said officetel 529, 626, 921, 923, and 924, and kept goods necessary for sexual traffic, such as marina and bed, as a female employee, and then posted advertisements to sexual traffic business establishments in the name of “F” in the Internet site “D”, “E, etc., and directed male customers who reported it to the said officetel, thereby having the said female employees do the act of similarity by having male customers receive 100,000 to 200,000 won from male customers in consideration of the price, and by impairing the gender of male customers by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
