Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of January 2015 to the end of February 201 of the same year, the Defendant infringed on the author’s property rights of the complainants over 13 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 13, such as distribution of files by sharing them to the co-owners, in the Internet website file reading (http:/www/www.ftiledok.com) within the Defendant’s residence in North-gu B apartment 110 Dong-gu 1205, the Defendant used as a person engaged in electrical technology business.
