A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2017. 9. 25. 19:05 경 지하철 1호 선을 타고 서울 구로구 C에 있는 D 역 부근을 지나던 중 전동차 안에서 검정 티셔츠에 노랑머리를 한 20대 여성인 성명 불상의 피해자 뒤에 몸을 밀착시킨 후 내리고 있던 왼쪽 손등을 위 피해자의 엉덩이에 댔다 뗐다 하는 방법으로 약 5 분간 피해자를 추행하였다.

2. 피고인은 2017. 9. 25. 19:08 경 지하철 1호 선을 타고 부천시 E에 있는 F 역 부근을 지나던 중 전동차 안에서 황토색 짧은 교복 치마를 입은 피해자 G( 여, 18세) 의 뒤에 몸을 밀착시킨 후 오른쪽 다리를 약간 구부려 피해자의 엉덩이에 약 3회 댔다 뗐다 하는 방법으로 피해자를 추행하였다.

When a conviction on the instant criminal facts subject to the obligation to register and submit personal information under Article 16(2) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes is confirmed, the Defendant becomes a person subject to registration of personal information under the main sentence of Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and is obligated to submit personal information to a related agency pursuant to Article 43

The defendant's age, occupation, risk of recidivism, details and motive of the crime, method and seriousness of the crime, the degree of disadvantage and anticipated side effects of the defendant's suffering due to the disclosure order or notification order, the preventive effect of the sexual crime subject to registration and the protection of the victim.
