Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service B of urban buses (518).

On May 28, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle as a job at around 17:45 on May 28, 2015, and proceeded in the direction of the half-month distance from the center.

Inasmuch as a crosswalk is installed in front of the 382 Central Police Station in the middle-gu Central Police Station, the 382 Central Police Station had no signal lights, in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to check and safely drive the road by reducing speed and checking well the right and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded on the left side of the victim C (the age of 46) who crosses the crosswalk from the right side of the Defendant vehicle to the left side of the road and the side of the bridge was taken on the right side of the Defendant vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence.
