A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:00 on April 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 10-dong 10-dong 1205 of the Songpa-gu Seoul building C, 10-dong 10-dong 1205, and then stolen the gap between E and E with the victim’s son out of the lock-up city, taking two gold-packs worth KRW 1,80,000, total market price of the victim’s possession in the lock-up cremation belt.

2. At around 11:00 on April 13, 2015, the Defendant cited and stolen precious metals worth KRW 10,500,000, total market value, and KRW 10,500,000, among the places described in paragraph (1), in which surveillance was neglected due to the appearance of E as well as the appearance of E, the victim who was in the cremation as described in paragraph (1).
