1. The defendant,

A. Plaintiff B, N, V, X, Y, Z, and AA, respectively, the “total sum of claims” in attached Form 4.

Article 14 (Continuing Allowances) The payment of continuous service allowances to a person working on board on the 12th day of each month on the basis of two higher units per day only for a person with continuous service for at least one year, and the continuous service allowances shall be KRW 10,000 on the basis of salary class 1 (on the basis of the date of issuing a letter of resignation, and shall be recognized only for salary class 10.

Article 15 (Holiday Work Allowance) The term "Holiday Work Allowance" means the amount of money that should be paid to a technician who has worked more than the prescribed number of working days per month or on holiday work.

Article 16 (Annual Paid Leave) - The Wage Agreement of 2013 changed to Article 18.

The use of annual rents shall be governed by the Labor Standards Act.

Article 18 (Payment of Retirement Allowances) - The wage agreement in 2013 changed into Article 20.

Retirement allowances shall be paid to a worker who has at least one year, but shall not be paid in cases falling short of one year.

At the time of retirement, the amount of average wages for the last three months shall be paid for one month.

The following provisions were added to the wage agreement of 2011 and 2012, on the basis of the classification of wage calculation tables 854,880 won 4,110* 208 (hours) night work allowances 26,175 won 4,110* 1H* 0.5 * 13 days continuous work allowances 10,000 won but more than 10,000 won * 891,595 won (2).

Article 16 (Adjustment Allowance) An allowance shall be paid in 32,880 won for workers on the Workers' Day (5/1), the Company Incorporation Date (1/10), the Establishment Date of Trade Union (10/26), the Establishment of Trade Union (10/26), and the leave days shall be 16,440 won.

Article 17 (Special Bonuses) Special bonuses shall be paid in 100,000 won, regardless of the number of working years, each of the Gu administration and the mid-term trends.

C. The actual number of working hours of the Plaintiffs during the period from November 1, 2011 to December 31, 2014 are the same as the entry of each “number of working days” in the attached Table 2, based on the daily system. The actual working hours per day during the daily working day are 16 hours such as the prescribed working hours (working hours) under the wage agreement.

The defendant's payment of wages and interim settlement of retirement allowances shall be made to the plaintiffs in accordance with the agreement concluded on the basis of the above working hours.
