1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On July 17, 2018, the court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 47,849,250,00 as collateral for the litigation costs of the instant case with the Busan District Court Branch Branch of Busan District Court Decision 2018Kado10062, which ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 47,849,250 within 14 days from the date on which the decision was received for the Defendant as collateral. However, the Plaintiff may submit a payment guarantee consignment contract document with the above amount as the insured amount. The above decision became final and conclusive after the Plaintiff reached the Plaintiff on July 18, 2018. This court extended the time limit for providing collateral as stated in the above decision to August 24, 2018, but the fact that the Plaintiff did not provide collateral as well as the fact that the Plaintiff did not provide collateral under the above decision until the said decision was issued is clear or obvious in records or is significant.

Therefore, we decide to dismiss the instant lawsuit pursuant to Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
