A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Jeonju District Court on May 20, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 28, 2013, and on November 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 21, 2014.

The Defendant, together with C, prepared a new contract for mobile phone service using a forged D resident registration certificate in an irregular way, and conspired to open a mobile phone in the above D’s name and sell it to a middle and high trade, etc.

On March 19, 2013, the Defendant conspired with C to enter the “F office” in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, for the purpose of opening a mobile phone, submitted to the employee of J one copy of the service contract under the name “D”, “G” in the name column, “G” in the resident registration number column, “Y250S” in the model column, “E250S” in the serial number column, and “I” in the name of the applicant column, “D after preparing “D” in the above name, signed at will on the face of the above D name, and forged one copy of the service contract under the name of the private document,” and then submitted to the employee of J, who is aware of the forgery, as above, one copy of the forged service contract and one copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the head of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City under the name of the head of the Gu.
