A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while working as the chairperson of the DD meeting, was in operation of the Korea Software Sales Co., Ltd., and was supplied by the F Co., Ltd. in May 27, 2010, and was separately established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling security equipment, such as CCTV, as the representative director of the Seoul Guro-gu J. (Seoul Guro-gu opening business, November 24, 2012, and dissolution under the Commercial Act). From around December 2013, the Defendant managed the company as the representative director of the D Co., Ltd., which was established separately for the purpose of manufacturing and selling security equipment, such as CCTV, (Seoul Guro-gu, 305).

In order to export CCTV, etc. to Colombia, the Defendant: (a) requested the above D D D Meeting to explain its business indemnity and to attract early investment funds; (b) to establish a separate corporate L, G, M, etc. and to share the said business in the future; and (c) on May 2010, L, which received a proposal from the Defendant on the first and second anniversary of May 201, is a person who has a large amount of money and many apartment houses.

Accordingly, there is a MOU contract to export radio CCTV to Colombia. A can enter into this contract with Colombia when only the expenses and office rents are to be incurred to Colombia, and upon this contract, the amount of USD 1,00,000 in Colombia will be calculated within 2-3 months, and the amount of the radio CCTV will be 40 billion won per annum by selling 90 billion won per annum.

However, until this contract is entered into, the person who will make an investment of KRW 200,000,000 shall be entitled to make an investment of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 won of radio monitoring equipment (radio CCTV), and the defendant entered into a contract with the "O" of May 6, 2010, which was concluded with the "O" of the KOBJ and the "O" of the KOBF. The representative A of the KOE entered into an export understanding of USD 1,00,000 with the radio monitoring equipment (radio CCTV).
