The Defendant is a driver of the passenger car B.

A driver of the vehicle shall not change the course of the vehiclema at a place where safety signs are installed, where any change in course is especially prohibited.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on July 28, 2017, driven the above 07:55, and changed the course in the section of the de facto line where the change of course is prohibited while driving at the center of the front bus in order to drive the vehicle.
