Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and B conspired to forge a land transaction agreement in the name of the said land owner and a receipt for full payment of the purchase price of the land in the name of the said land in order to acquire the purchase price from the said land owner in a false manner as they would transfer the land in the name of C, F, G, and H in Yangju-si, which was named C, D, and C.

A. On August 2014, the Defendants, using a computer in Defendant B’s residence located in the Yangju-siJ, prepared and printed out “land trading contract and real estate marking: Yangju-si E, F, G, H, and sales amount: KRW 225,00,000, seller: C and seller D.”

Afterwards, C and D’s seal was affixed to the seller column of the above land transaction contract, which was printed out by using the tample, without authority, after entering C and D’s resident registration number in the seller column of the above land transaction contract, and then arbitrarily inscribed C and D’s seal.

On the same day, the Defendants sent the forged land transaction contract to I who was aware of the forgery in E as if it was a document duly formed.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit an act of forging and exercising one chapter of land transaction contract in the name of C or D, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

B. On August 3, 2014, the Defendants, using a computer in Defendant B’s residence, received the receipts for the full payment of the purchase price of land: C; seller: D; buyer; I; and the above buyer I paid the purchase price of land to the seller A and issued the receipts, with the full payment of the total amount on June 3, 2014.

Afterwards, the C, D’s seal was affixed on the receipt for the full payment of the purchase price of the land printed out as above by using the computer on the side of the C, D’s name, which is written by the computer.

On the same day, the Defendants were correct to I, who knew of the forgery in E, the receipt for the full payment of the forged land purchase price.
