Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants, F, G, H, I, J, and K are not involved in the on-site traffic accidents, taking advantage of the fact that employees of the insurance company do not work at the on-site, the Defendants and F, G, H, I, J and K conspired to commit each crime to receive insurance proceeds by receiving the insurance company as if the traffic accidents occurred rapidly, after setting the roles of vehicle drivers and passengers in advance.
1. Defendant A and F, G, and J’s co-principal activities in collusion with F, G, and J on March 10, 2014, Defendant A, in the ON located in the Daegu Suwon-gu N, Daegu-gu on March 10, 2014, set forth the role of Defendant A as the victim, Mho TG driver, G, the damaged vehicle driver, J, the passenger of the damaged vehicle, and F as the victim of the damaged vehicle, and the front part of the damaged vehicle, which led the victim to intentionally conceal the back part of the said new EFstet or other vehicle.
