Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. "2017 Highest 4317-1";
A. Special larceny Defendant and C conspired to steal money and valuables by entering a vehicle parked in an apartment parking lot in a society-friendly manner.
1) On April 5, 2017, around 04:30, the Defendant and C have 5 smartphones at the galloning jumal ju, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about 59-ro 12, colored vehicles at the underground parking lot of the 59-ro Gaben apartment complex, which were scattered out of the parking lot, and the Defendant reported the network out of the parking lot. 2) 피고인과 C은 2017. 4. 5. 04:52 경 위와 같은 장소에서 C은 주차장 밖으로 나가 망을 보고, 피고인은 그 곳 지하 1 층 주차장 B37에 주차되어 있던 피해자 F 소유인 G 차량의 시정되지 않은 문을 열고 들어가 조수석 앞 콘솔 박스에 들어 있던 시가 160만 원 상당의 루 이비 통장 지갑 1개, 시가 70만 원 상당의 루 이비 통 반지 갑 1개, 시가 1,500만 원 상당의 샤넬 시계 1개, 시가 250만 원 상당의 다이아 목걸이 1개, 시가 150만 원 상당의 불가 리 반지 1개, 시가 250만 원 상당의 까 르 티에 반지 1개, 루 이비 통 지갑 속에 들어 있던 현금 500만 원, 신용카드 3개 등 합계 2,880만 원 상당을 가지고 나왔다.

B. 2) On March 17, 2017, the Defendant did not correct the numberless vehicle owned by the victim, which was parked in a non-registered place in Gwangju or lower level on March 17, 2017.
