Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 20, 2007, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D at a stay office in C, located in B, at the time of stay, stating that “I would pay monthly interest and repay the principal with the loan if I would receive the loan.”

However, the defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the debt amounting to KRW 100 million or more, even if he borrowed money from the victim due to financial standings.
