A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two months, and a person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 16, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a public official qualification, false name, etc. at the Daejeon District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on October 27, 2008.
