Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Western Branch of the Busan District Court.

At around 05:00 on July 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a Frocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.124% in the section of approximately 1km from the front of the C cafeteria located in Busan Seo-gu, to the D apartment E-dong, and violated the provision prohibiting drinking driving more than twice.
