Reasons

1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the part submitted by Paragraph (2). Thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. A part used in a trial;

A. From No. 14 of the judgment of the first instance to No. 13 of the judgment of the court of first instance (the part concerning the calculation of the cost of the housing site) to No. 12 of the 18 shall be applied as follows

⑵ 이 사건 아파트 전체의 택지비 ㈎ 택지비 산정기준 구 임대주택법(2009. 12. 29. 법률 제9863호로 개정되기 전의 것) 제21조 제1항, 제10항, 구 임대주택법 시행령(2009. 9. 21. 대통령령 제21744호로 개정되기 전의 것) 제23조 제7항, 제13조 제5항, 구 임대주택법 시행규칙(2009. 12. 16. 국토해양부령 제194호로 개정되기 전의 것, 이하 같다) 제14조, 제9조 제1항에 의하면, 국민주택기금의 자금을 지원받아 건설하거나 공공사업에 의하여 조성된 택지에 건설하는 전용면적 85㎡ 이하 임대의무기간 5년인 공공건설임대주택을 임차인에게 우선하여 분양전환할 때 그 분양전환가격은 구 임대주택법 시행규칙 제9조 [별표1] ‘공공건설임대주택 분양전환가격의 산정기준’에 따라 산정하여야 한다.
