Judgment of the first instance.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 21, 2013, the Plaintiff, a member working on board of the Defendant, caused a traffic accident equivalent to KRW 360,000 of the vehicle repair cost (hereinafter “instant traffic accident”) by shocking C buses owned by the Defendant Company due to failure to stop the operation of B buses owned by the Defendant in the Dong-gu Seoul Terminal, Seoul, while driving the B bus owned by the Defendant.

B. The Plaintiff’s traffic accident and disciplinary power are as follows.

[Attachment I] Disciplinary Criteria - In the case of a member on board:

1. Suspension of service on board 10 days or less based on material damage: At least 300,000 won but less than one million won;

C. The Defendant’s standing penalty provisions (No. 4) regarding the instant traffic accident are as follows.
