1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 1, 2011, C Co., Ltd. concluded a contract amount of KRW 220,00,000 with a school foundation D (hereinafter “non-party school foundation”) and the starting date on April 7, 2011; and on May 26, 2011, concluded a contract for the construction of a absorption type rupture change with the absorption type rupture rupture of E University Management on May 1, 201; and transferred its business to the Defendant on May 1, 201; the Defendant completed the said replacement work on May 201; and issued the Plaintiff a written statement that dealt with the same content as the evidence stated in subparagraph 2 with respect to the absorption type rupture (hereinafter “instant statement”).

2) The instant explanatory note is composed of the appearance and name, structure and principle of absorption type coolant, pipes system understanding, operating method, maintenance and repair, control tower system, abnormal cause and management, and around 140 pages.

B) On the normal operation of the absorption system, i.e., 3 A safety devices in order, namely, ① a record signal from the air conditioning pumps, ② a water conditioning temperature location, ③ a water cooling pumps temperature, and (i) a record signal from the air conditioning pumps are installed to verify whether the air conditioning pumps are normally driven, and (ii) a safety device is operated when the air conditioning pumps stops in the course of driving, or when the air conditioning pumps converts from the automatic to the water conditioning, without any signal from the air conditioning pumps (see, e.g., the manual of this case). In other words, a record signal from the air conditioning pumps is not a device to determine whether the air conditioning pumps is operated or not, and thus, the air conditioning is not carried out in the water tank because the air conditioning system does not actually determine whether the air conditioning system is operated.

Even if the air-conditioning pumps are actually operated properly, the signal of the register of the air-conditioning pumps is likely to cause the accident to the normal or cold temperature. (2) The location of the air-conditioning pumps through the pressure vehicle of the air-conditioning outlet.
