Defendant

A is the captain of F (14 passengers on board, 200 tons) (14 passengers on board, 200 tons) who is a vessel of two networks of loading Chinese tin-do, and Defendant B is the above FF mate. Defendant C is the captain of G (12 passengers on board, 200 tons level) who is a vessel of two networks of loading Chinese tin-do, and Defendant D is the above G mate.
