Punishment of the crime

Defendants were able to open a gambling board with O, P, Q and R with the intent of opening the gambling board, andO was the highest person responsible for planning and managing the gambling board ("ware"). P, upon the decision of winning the gambling board, appears to play a role of distributing ("cambling") to the participants of the gambling with the gambling board, Q, C, and D, with gambling going through a vehicle to the gambling place, with a view to preparing for crackdowns around the gambling site and viewing a network ("cambing"): R and Defendant A (S: hereinafter referred to as "cambing"): Defendant B and Defendant A (S) play a role of distributing money to the participants of the gambling site, and Defendant B and Defendant C play a role of distributing money to the participants of the gambling site, and Defendant C and Defendant C (hereinafter referred to as "the above gambinger’s vinyl") play a role in the ging role.
