The Plaintiff, Defendant B, C, and D, jointly and severally, KRW 698,00,00,00 and the aforementioned amount shall be from August 31, 201 to October 201.

Basic Facts
A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “A”) is a stock company that runs the business of receiving deposits and installment savings and lending funds. Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant B”) is a stock company that runs entertainment tavern in the trade name of “M” on the Gangnam-gu Seoul L and the first floor until it is established on January 19, 2009 and dissolved around December 2010.
Defendant C is currently a liquidator as the former representative director of Defendant B, and Defendant D was the former representative director of Defendant B and the actual director of Defendant B. Defendant E, G, H, I, J, and K were those who worked as employees of the above entertainment bars. Defendant F is those who managed the above female employees and worked as math in the above entertainment bars.
On June 28, 2010, Defendant B entered into a credit transaction agreement and joint and several sureties agreement with Defendant B, setting the credit limit amount of KRW 2,000,000,000, and the credit period of June 28, 2011, at the rate of 21% per annum, and at the rate of delay damages, 33% per annum (hereinafter “instant loan”). Defendant C and D jointly and severally guaranteed obligations under the said credit transaction agreement with Defendant B to the Plaintiff.
(A) Defendant E, F, G, H, I, J, and K (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant E and six others”) under the loan agreement of this case, jointly and severally guaranteed the following amount among the obligations owed by Defendant B to Defendant A pursuant to the loan agreement of this case:
(A) Evidence Nos. 2-1, 2, 3-1, 3-2, 4-1, 2, 5-2, 1, 5-1, 2, 6-1, 7-2, 1, 7-1, 2, and 8-1, 8-2) (hereinafter the above defendant's joint and several surety Nos. 1, 70,000, 290, 3-40,000, 475,000,000, 5 I27,000, 000, 6-50, 50, 700, 700, 81, 281-6, 308, 208, 208, 2008, 2008, 300, 500, 600, 700, 700, 2008, 309, 2008
