Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2012, the Defendant issued visas, E, and F to enter Vietnam in a Korean restaurant located in the city of Vietnam, and divided the price for the issuance of a false visa to permit the entry of Vietnam into the Republic of Korea. D is responsible for contact with the consul in charge of visa issuance who works for the consul in the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea located in the city of the above Hobu, and F is to recruit Vietnam and prepare the invitation documents, and E is responsible for the role of visa application, and the Defendant mutually recruited to take charge of the role of entering Vietnam and the entry into the Republic of Korea.

F) Around that time, F was provided with a false invitation, etc. that: (a) around that time, F recruited Vietnam who wants money in Vietnam; (b) provided the operator of the G construction office with the proposal that “to invite Vietnam to perform architectural design work in Vietnam”; and (c) “to invite Vietnam for the purpose of technical exchange and civil engineering transfer, etc.” from the above H.

After that, E received the aforementioned false invitation documents through F, and submitted the documents at the above Korean consular missions around October 4, 2012 and applied for a short-term visit visa for three persons, including I, J, and K.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D, E, and F in sequence, filed a false visa or arranged such application to allow three Vietnames to enter the Republic of Korea.
