Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurd-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

On April 5, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at around 06:55, and proceeded at about 30km each hour from the distance of all the cities to the direction of the 30km each other, along the two-lanes from the distance of all the cities to the direction of the 68-1-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
