Purport of claim and appeal

1. The plaintiff's main claim is dismissed, and only the defendants appealed against the judgment of the court of first instance which accepted part of the conjunctive claim. Thus, the subject of the judgment of this court is limited to the part against the defendants among the conjunctive claim.

2. The reasons for this decision by the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where “Defendant G” in the first part of the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed to be “Defendant B”, and therefore, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's conjunctive claim against the defendants is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder is dismissed as there is no ground. The judgment of the court of first instance is just and the defendants' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
