The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court acquitted the Defendants of defamation, which is the facts charged in the instant case, and upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted Defendant B of insult among the facts charged in the instant case.

Examining the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court’s determination is justifiable.

There is no error of exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by omitting judgment, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the statement of fact, defamation, etc. in the trial-oriented principle, direct psychological principle, or defamation of honor.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
