A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In C, Co-Defendant D and Cambodia, the Defendant conspired to import and sell counterfeit c, and C planned to take charge of confirmation of the present goods, purchase of goods, and D's domestic wholesale and sales, and to divide the profits from the sales of the above imported goods.

On May 1, 2008, the Defendants purchased 8,000 so-called “LEVIS”, a well-known trademark registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, from Cambodia in collusion with C and D, and carried 6,930 points out of the above Cheongsan-si, a well-known bonded warehouse located in Yangsan-si (540,540,000 won at the market price of the goods), and carried 1,070 points in the remaining 1,070 points (83,460,000 won at the actual market price of goods) into the U.S. bonded warehouse located in Yangsan-si and sold them on or around July 1, 2008.
