1. The Defendant accepted the Plaintiff as of July 24, 2014 at the Jeju Market price regarding the construction permit stated in the attached list.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 26, Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including paper numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the entire arguments as to the cause of the claim, C, upon obtaining a construction permit, changed the above building owner’s name to E on March 27, 2009 while constructing a building on the ground of D at Jeju, upon obtaining a construction permit. Eul, a corporation, around February 28, 201, changed the name of the building owner for the above building to the plaintiff, and F, without obtaining any authority from the plaintiff, without obtaining any authority from the plaintiff.

On July 14, 2014, the first police officer prepared a written consent for change in the name of the owner of the building stating that “the Plaintiff shall transfer the license tax, etc. of the land D, Jeju, to the Defendant” (Evidence 2) and “the change in the name of the owner of the building that the Plaintiff acquired in the name of the Plaintiff shall be made” and “the change in the name of the owner of the building” (Evidence 3), and signed and sealed the Plaintiff’s corporate seal arbitrarily rejected by F. The first police officer submitted a written report to the Jeju Viewer on July 14, 2014, changing the name of the owner of the building from the Plaintiff to the Defendant. The first police officer accepted the said report on July 24, 2014, and the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for filing an application for change in the name of the owner of the building who received the Defendant as the owner of the building on July 24, 2014 in the attached list.

The defendant's argument regarding the defendant's assertion is alleged to have been duly granted the power of representation from the plaintiff and prepared a transfer certificate (Evidence 2) and written consent for change of the owner's name (Evidence 3) with the defendant. Accordingly, according to each of the evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, C filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff corporation to change the owner's name to C (No. 2009Gahap2732) and received a favorable judgment against the plaintiff corporation, and H is the Jeju District Court to change the owner's name to C.
