A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On August 1, 2017, the Defendant driving the above taxi around 03:20, and driving the two-lane road in front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a one-lane 36 km of the stadium shooting distance in the clet from the Jeju High School.
