On February 10, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim, such as the victim D having flicked the eth eth, having flicked the eth, and having blicked the face one time with the hand floor; (b) having flicked the Defendant’s flat; (c) flicking the flat; and (d) flicking the victim’s blick.
