Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2018, at around 07:50, the Defendant driven a D golf car at approximately 2 km section from 2 km in front of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si to 3, 2019, during the suspension period of a car driving license (from October 21, 2018 to January 8, 2019).
