Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2014, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Daegu District Court No. 32, which was located in Yongsan-dong, Daegu District Court No. 2013Kadan1277, as the Defendant’s wife of the Daegu District Court case No. 2013Kadan1277, and the Defendant appeared as the witness of the above Court No. 32, which was located in Yongsan-dong, Daegu District Court No. 2016, Jan. 24, 2014.

On June 2, 2013, at around 10:30 on June 2, 2013, C used F on the street in front of the E cafeteria in Daegu-gun, and around June 20, 2013, at the Daegu Pacific Police Station, submitted to the police officer a false statement that “F, despite the fact that the complainant did not assault F, made a false report that he was assaulted by the complainant,” and submitted a false statement that “F would be subject to criminal punishment,” and the Defendant was at the scene of the assault case at the time, and thus, was adopted as a witness at the scene of the assault case.
