1. On January 18, 2009, from around 20:00 to around 02:00 on January 19, 2009, Defendants A and B engaged in the gambling of the c, C, F, D, H, etc. in the second floor office in Chuncheon City RR market from around 2000 to around 02:00, for profit-making purposes, they carried out the gambling of the c, “c, F, D, and H,” using the drum card.
