A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months for a crime of No. 2 and No. 3 as stated in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Seocheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 25, 2002. On July 19, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime at Suwon District Court on July 10, 2014. On July 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime and two years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 18, 2014.
