A Imprisonment for 6 months, the Defendant Limited Company B shall be punished by a fine of 3,800,000 won, and the Limited Company C shall be punished by a fine of 3,50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is the actual representative of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the “Limited Company B” and the “Limited Company C” located in Jeonwon-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

A. Accordingly, the defendant did not meet the conditions necessary for export and illegally withdrawn.
B. On February 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) exported (export declaration number I) equivalent to KRW 72,000 g, US$50,200 ($ 53,171,338) of the Republic of Korea Freezing Free Sheed from the above Busan Customs Office to red bean, without export quarantine by the head of the Agricultural and Forestry Quarantine Headquarters; (b) illegally exports without fulfilling the necessary conditions for export; and (c) from around that time to April 3, 2015, the Defendant exported the goods to be red bean (export declaration number I) of the goods equivalent to KRW 72,00 g, the amount of KRW 53,171,338, the amount of KRW 500, the amount of KRW 1,824,000, 00,000 of the goods of the Republic of Korea Free Sheed Ba, such as the
