The grounds of appeal are examined.

There is a significant reason to recognize that the sentencing of the court below is extremely unfair.

The argument that there is an error of law in not sufficiently examining the sentencing conditions is ultimately an allegation of unfair sentencing.

Examining various circumstances that form the conditions for sentencing as shown in the records, such as the Defendant’s age and behavior intelligence and environment, relationship with victims, motive means and consequence of each of the instant crimes, etc., the lower court’s sentencing against the Defendant cannot be deemed to be too unreasonable even if considering the circumstances asserted in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
