Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) distributed the daily information sheet in the Yansan-si, Yansan-dong; (b) 5 copies of the living information sheet owned by the victim C; and (c) 48 copies of the living information sheet owned by the victim D; and (d) committed theft from that time until February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a total of 4,005 copies of the daily information sheet owned by the victim C, totaling KRW 2,02,50, and KRW 1,647,00,000, total market value of which is equivalent to KRW 1,64,00, total market value, and KRW 3,294 of the daily information sheet owned by the victim D, which was totaling of KRW 2,00,00.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
