Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the meaning of "other religious organizations" and "newness" under Article 2 subparagraph 1 (b) of the Act on the Collection and Use of Donations or other relevant legal principles
