1. The Defendants each of the KRW 18,005,479 against the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 12, 2012 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The portion dismissed shall be 45,013,698 won [20,000 won + 91/365%) from August 28, 2001 to August 28, 2010, pursuant to Article 3 (1) of the former Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Amended by Act No. 6868, May 10, 2003) 45,000 won [91/365 + 91/365)] x 25,00 won for calculation convenience x 200,00 won (222,50,000 won x 200,000 won) x 360% of the total amount of damages for delay determined by Article 3 (1) of the former Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Amended by Act No. 6868, Apr. 24, 2003; hereinafter the same shall apply].
