1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. On August 198, 198, for shares of 495.87/1,471 of the real estate listed in Attachment List No. 1

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff married with C, and the defendant is C's words and the defendant's wife's punishment.
