1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff, around March 8, 2007, installed the first plastic greenhouse in 2009, shall be 23,008 square meters of C forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-nam from the Defendant (hereinafter “the instant forest land”).

(2) On April 17, 2008, the Plaintiff filed an application for a subsidy with the Defendant on April 17, 2008, for a subsidy of KRW 800,00,00,00,000 for each type of permission (the purpose of which is 0.3 square meters for each type of permission (the use) on the details of 1,131 square meters of land for 1,000 square meters of land for each type of permission (the purpose of which is 0.9 square meters of land for 2.3 square meters of land for a forest zone, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and all remaining copies of land for each type of permission (the purpose of which is 4.3 square meters of land for night tree planting, forest tending), including 1,131 square meters of land for a period of permission, and the Defendant filed an application for a subsidy with the Defendant on April 25, 2008.

Objectives and content of the delivery: The purpose of the B support project: 6,620 square meters: Details of the establishment of a stable production system through the support of production facilities of forest products: The second Plaintiff, such as plastic houses necessary for the original woodD cultivation and firesaw cultivation, shall be around January 2012.
