On October 2, 2008 and May 26, 2012, the Defendant was a person who violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) on two or more occasions due to drinking. On July 15, 2013, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with B low alcohol level of 0.131% under the influence of alcohol level of 0.131% from the front of the original restaurant, where the trade name in the items of drinking alcohol in Songpa-gu Seoul is unknown at around 20:0, July 15, 2013.
