A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Fact-finding] Around September 27, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as an assault on January 7, 2013 with the Seoul Western District Court issued a fine of KRW 200,000 to the victim E (68 years of age) and was issued with a notice for the payment of a penalty by means of ordinary crimes.
