1. Fraud;
A. The Defendant, at around 10:40 on the same day, remitted the sum of KRW 5 million to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and KRW 12 million to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant on the 15th day of the same month, and acquired the money.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
C. At around 19:50 on October 13, 201, the Defendant told the victim E to purchase the 7-vehicle at a price higher than the market price within two weeks at the Samsung C&T site office located in Samsung C&T located in Samsungdong, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si.
