A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On April 22, 2020, the Defendant suffered property damage: (a) around 200, when the victim had telephone conversationsd in Seo-gu Daejeon apartment C, Seo-gu, Daejeon apartment C, which is the victim’s residence; (b) on April 22, 202, the Defendant continuously damaged the property equivalent to KRW 630,000,000, in total of the market price of the victim-owned one deposit equivalent to KRW 300,000, market price of KRW 100,000.

The Minister of Health and Welfare, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall hospitalize or isolate persons suspected of having an infectious disease in an appropriate place for a fixed period or take some necessary measures to prevent the spread of the infectious disease upon the outbreak of the infectious disease, or prevent the spread of the infectious disease, and no person shall violate such measures;

On April 21, 2020, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea via the Incheon International Airport via the United States, and was notified by the head of the Seo-gu Daejeon District Public Health Center through the Seo-gu Daejeon by the head of the Gu from the same day to May 5, 2020 for the prevention of crona 19 infectious diseases.

Nevertheless, on April 22, 2020, the Defendant, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, lost the place of isolation to the victim, and went away from the place of isolation, and violated isolation measures such as smoking tobacco.
