On December 19, 201, around 19:20 on December 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) opened the locked to D’s house located in Spocheon-si, and intruded into D’s door; (b) 100,000 won cashier’s checks owned by the victim; (c) 5 US$470; (d) 8,920 US dollars; and (d) 2 handets of an amount equivalent to KRW 40,000 in the market price; (d) 1 handkhum of an unsaton in the market price; and (e) 80,000,000 won in the market price; and (e) 10,000 won in the market price; and (e) 30,000,000 won in the mobile phone; and (e) 20,000 won in the market price; and (e) 300,000 won in the mobile phone.
