1. Defendant B’s KRW 696,980,00 per annum for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 17, 2014 to August 11, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who operates a wood processing company under the trade name of “D,” and Defendant B is a person who imports and engages in the wholesale business under the trade name of “E,” and Defendant C is a person who manufactures and engages in the wholesale business under the trade name of “F” and “G” as the children of Defendant B.
B. (1) On August 24, 2012, the Plaintiff lent KRW 47,955,000 by means of discounting a promissory note to Defendant B, but the said promissory note was not paid on January 5, 2013, and Defendant B, on January 9, 2013, drafted a certificate of borrowing that the Plaintiff would pay KRW 42 million out of the above borrowed amount within 150 days (hereinafter “the instant certificate of borrowing”).
